We are now recruiting our harvest team for Harvest 2026! Mentmore Park Farms are an arable and contracting business farming 3200Ha near Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire, South East England.  We are looking to recruit hardworking and conscientious individuals to join our grain, straw and cultivation teams for the coming harvest season from July – September 2026. Straw roles involve operating either Massey Ferguson square balers or Heath bale chasers on R-series John Deere tractors, covering a mixture of our own land plus contracting within the local area. Cultivation roles involve operation of a Challenger 875C with a variety of primary and secondary cultivators. Grain roles involve a variety of work including grain and straw carting, telehandler work, topping and assisting with grain drying and cleaning.
