We’re looking for a dedicated, self-motivated Senior Agronomist with a great reputation within the farming community who is looking for a new challenge. In light of recent company growth we are expanding our team and looking for a hardworking, dedicated and self-motivated individual to work closely with our Southland customer base, providing them with expert advice. An equally significant part of this role will be providing direction and motivation to junior staff across the business.
Working with farmers from handshake to harvest, you will be ensuring their success from start to finish. As you’re most likely aware, no two paddocks are the same, and we take pride in being able to offer a full service when it comes to getting that all-important yield at the end of the day.

You will be reporting to our Southern Regional Manager, this role is based from our Gore branch but the majority of your time will be spent on the ground with our Southland clients, working towards the common goal of successful crops and pastures.
