About the role
As a Technical Field Officer, you will be the technical expert for Agriculture within the Southern Wairarapa region.
This is a territory-based role, so your day will consist of consulting on farm, providing a wealth of knowledge across the shareholders farming system, backed by a technical extension and support team. You'll be solutions focused, drawing on your industry knowledge to tailor the products & services offered at each site to ensure the success of our client's business as you successfully hold and develop shareholder relationships.
The ability to deliver shareholder success, build your business and chase new opportunities to develop your portfolio of clients in this region is unlimited, with a range of reputable farming businesses across cropping, dairy and the red meat sector.
In this role you will continue to develop practical agronomy skills across a range of pasture and crop species working closely with an established team of peers to support the agronomy program and wider categories in the region.
