Job Description
Vermont Station is a 1070 ha farm with good mix of medium to steep hill country and a large amount of flats .The farm runs 4000 breeding ewes and finishing steers and lambs ,it is located only 15 mins from Martinbrough and Carterton in the Wairarapa
We are seeking a shepherd to join our team and you will need :
*some experience handling sheep and cattle
*an ability to work in a team and work alone
*due to the farm size and layout you will have responsibility for multiple mobs so a good eye for detail and organization would be a help
*2-3 working dogs
*general skills in water systems and fencing
