Precise Fencing is a family owned fencing business looking for a skilled fencer or someone with transferable skills to join our fencing crew.

The majority of our work is in the Cromwell basin area, however we cover Tarras to Wanaka and Queenstown to Alexandra, and on a rare occasion we do away work.
Our yard is in Lowburn which gives us a perfect central location to our client base and a meeting point for the team.
ATTRIBUTES APPLICANTS MUST HAVE
• A great attitude 
• Be a team player 
• Physically fit and strong 
• Very good attention to detail 
• Ability to plan & implement efficient install
If you have experience or skills in the following then you’ll be streets ahead of the rest:
• Orchard or vineyard install experience
• Can operate tractor, post driver and diggers
• Confidence completing rural fences unsupervised
• Experience with Macro interlock post and rail and security fencing
If you’re fencing labourer, and think you have what it takes to become a team lead but are not given a chance, please reach out we are happy to develop you to this point. Also if you have transferable skills from similar industries this could be for you.
This work is physical but extremely rewarding. We look for a good attitude and who goes the extra mile over anything else, so if you haven't fenced before but enjoy hands-on work, we will train you up.
There is a huge opportunity to move up the ladder quickly in this business if you were keen.
If something is a slight problem but you are still keen, we can try sorting things out so it does work.
