UK Harvest Operators - July - September 2025

We are now recruiting our harvest team for Harvest 2025!

Mentmore Park Farms are an arable and contracting business farming 3200Ha near Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire, South East England. 

We are looking to recruit hardworking and conscientious individuals to join our grain and cultivation teams for the coming harvest season from July – September.

Cultivation roles involve operation of a Challenger 875C with a variety of implements.

Grain roles involve a variety of work including grain and straw carting, telehandler work, topping and assisting with grain drying and cleaning. You will be using R-series John Deere Tractors with 16 & 18 Ton Richard Western trailers carting grain from our three Claas Lexion combines to our grain stores, using our weighbridge and grain lab to test and record each load.

Applicants are required to have a good level of agricultural machinery experience, although further training and support will be provided. A full driving licence is essential and telehandler certificate preferred.

In return you will receive insight into a large scale arable and contracting business working within a likeminded team with the chance to make friends and socialise during down time.

Accommodation is provided, along with all of your meals for the duration of the season plus competitive rates of pay and overtime rates. We can collect you from any London airports and farm vehicles can be used locally to get around once you arrive.
