Webster Pastoral Company is seeking 2 x Hardworking individuals or a couple to start with our team in Australia. Position commencing in late January 2026.
We are a family owned and operated mixed farm enterprise located at Reid's Flat, NSW. WPC is situated on the Lachlan River and comprises 12,500 acres over 4 adjoining properties.
We are passionate about producing high quality Angus Beef Cattle, Prime Lambs, Cereal Crops and Irrigated & Dryland Lucerne.
The successful person will be responsible and involved in all aspects of livestock husbandry, fencing, general farm maintenance. The role is predominantly 90% livestock work.
The applicant must possess the following:
- A strong work ethic, physically fit for a hands on role.
- Passionate about finishing high quality livestock with attention to detail.
- Competent mustering in hill country on 2 wheeler motorbikes with own working dogs.
Very attractive remuneration package on offer depending on experience. Large family home with swimming pool and tennis court available for the right person.
The position is ideally long term with the hope to develop the position into a more managerial role.
The property is situated in a really beautiful location on the river. Plenty of fishing, kayaking etc. Quite a few of our neighbouring properties have New Zealand employees. It is a very social "kiwi" community!

Family owned and operated farm in Central NSW, Australia. 4 adjoining properties over 12,500 acres. We pride ourselves in producing high quality livestock and our staff become part of our family. We live in a community where several of our neighbours hire Kiwi's and it is very social environment!
Our current New Zealand couple are returning home in December. They came for 6 months and stayed for 18 months.
Main focus is prime lambs and Angus beef cattle. Also producing, Barley Dry land and irrigated, Irrigated lucerne.
It is a very hands on practical role where the successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of running the farm alongside the owners. Excellent on farm accommodation is provided with a large swimming pool. Work vehicle is also provided.
We would ideally love the position to be long term with the potential to step into a more managerial role depending on experience.
