Full time Drystock

Personal Summary

 Drystock Work Wanted 2020
We are looking to relocate from Waikato to central/ lower NI in 2020, we may consider other locations. We are after a couples position but are happy to be hired individually.
I’m a veterinary technician and have tonnes of experience riding and handling horses, milking and rearing youngstock. I can carry out vaccinating, drenching etc and assist with calvings/ lambing/ kidding. Iv spent a lot of time working in various vet clinics during my study time and really enjoy hands on work with stock.
My husband is currently Assistant manager on a dairy farm and has been with the same employer for over 8 years. He has experience in all aspects of dairy farming including all aspects of animal health such as lame/ down/ calving cows, carrying out and recording treatments and all, stock and pasture management, tractor work, irrigation, fencing and staff management.
Neither of us have worked on a drystock farm however we are wanting to make the change from dairy to drystock and we have a tonne of knowledge and skills that will be valuable to any employer. We are hard working, loyal people and would be a brilliant asset to your farm! Please email me if you would like to take a look at our CVs or get in contact with current/ previous employers or referees.
