Born and bred in the city and after spending my entire working life as a career photographer where I made a name for myself shooting news, sports and racehorses. It was my involvement with racehorses and agricultural photography that set me on the path to a career in agriculture. With my ever-increasing time spent on farms as a photographer, I romanticised the lifestyle and my passion quickly grew. After a decade in the sun, I made the career switch from photographer to farmer working full-time on a dairy goat farm before dipping my feet into dry stock farming over the summer of 2019 with the hopes of landing a permanent job. Now with a team of dogs beside me, my passion for farming remains with dry-stock and working with and the training of working dogs and getting involved with dog trialling and this is where I want to see out my career starting at the bottom and working through the ranks of a Shepherd.
