Position: 50/50 Sharemilker – 560 Cows - OAD Location: Skylark Farm, Pukehina, Bay of Plenty Commencement: 1 June 2026 Initial Term: 3 years About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated 50/50 Sharemilker to operate Skylark Farm near the beach in Pukehina, The Sharemilker will take full responsibility of day-to-day dairy operations, working in partnership with the farm owner’s family and farm consultant to achieve sustainable, profitable production. This role requires proven dairy farming capability, strong financial and business management skills, and a commitment to high standards in animal welfare, staff leadership, and farm compliance. We seek a happy person who loves cows, grass and people, and wishes to progress further in the dairy industry. The farm totals 325 hectares with all replacement heifers grazed on farm.
