We are currently running two operations, 370ha at our home block in Woodlands and 1000ha at our current Lease block near Clinton. Our home block consists of 2,000 Wairere Romney breeding ewes that go to a terminal ram, 1450 Hoggets, 100 1yr bulls, 200 2yr bulls and rear 500 brought-in calves during spring. Mentmore Park Farms are an arable and contracting business farming 3200Ha near Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire, South East England.  We are looking to recruit hardworking and conscientious individuals to join our grain, straw and cultivation teams for the coming harvest season from July – September 2026. Straw roles involve operating either Massey Ferguson square balers or Heath bale chasers on R-series John Deere tractors, covering a mixture of our own land plus contracting within the local area. Cultivation roles involve operation of a Challenger 875C with a variety of primary and secondary cultivators.
