Experienced Shepherd / General Tunnel Hill is a 1000 ha family-owned intensive sheep, beef, maize and forestry property -s ituated in Turakina 20 mins from Whanganui We run 3000 terminal sired Romney ewes and 300 Angus cows. All lambs and 120 calves are finished to prime. It’s a hands-on farming operation where pride is taken in good stockmanship and doing the basics well. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Shepard General to join our team and assist with the day to day running of the farm – minimum of two years current experience. Must have a good work ethic and take pride in your work, sense of humour and mindful of health and safety policies.
