Waifield Farm is seeking an experienced machinery operator/2IC, who will be focusing on the success of the arable side of the farm business. Whilst you will be working closely with the farm owner and wider team, this role comes with a high level of responsibility.  Waifield operates across 830 ha intensive mixed arable farm split over three blocks near Riversdale, Northern Southland. A progressive family-owned business with modern machinery, advanced technology and a goal to continuously innovate our farming practices. The business is centred around combinable crops including wheat, barley, peas, grass, brassica and hybrid vegetable seeds.
