Aurum Farming runs a total of 3300 cows (ranging from 450 -830 cows) over 5 farms located mostly in a 20km radius of Winton , 3 of the farms are share-milked for syndicates and 2 of those have a significant shareholding in the land company for those syndicates, along with two other dairy farms, a run off and lease blocks owned outright.
- Farm performance 1500 – 1800 MS/Ha with Cross bred cows with a target of 550 MS/Cow
- In shed feeding (approximately 1 tonne of supplement/cows grain and silage)
- Good quality infrastructure
