Valdor is a semi-intensive breeder/finisher property, located 20 mins north Masterton. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced shepherd that has a minimum of 2-3 years experience in sheep and beef to work alongside the farm owner, head shepherd, and fencer-general. T here is real potential for growth within this role as this farm is part of a larger family business comprising of 80,000 su.
