New Zealand Cattle Company is a 440ha intensive farming operation based near Waimate in South Canterbury, with one small farm in Christchurch. We contract graze 1200 Wagyu & finish a few hundred spring lambs, we also rear up to 500 calves in the spring. We operate mostly modern machinery and do almost all of our own cultivation and drilling, as well as doing some outside contracting work which includes bailing in the summer.
