We are 50:50 Sharemilkers on two properties, 7ks apart. One milking 600 cows through a 42 ASHB shed with cup removers and in shed feeding; the other milking 900 cows through a 54 bail rotary with in shed feeding and cup removers. Both have pivot irrigation, and sprinklers, and the 600 cow farm has a rotorainer.
Both farms are converted in the last 3-6 years and have centrally located cowsheds with good staff housing.
