Supported by a Head Shepherd and Junior Shepherd, the appointee will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the property which includes managing the ewes, dairy lease bulls, steers and heifers.

Excellent stockmanship and capable team of working dogs.
Experience in staff management with the ability to organise, plan and prioritise tasks.
High skill level in general maintenance.
Computer literacy and recording/reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Providing leadership and direction to the team consisting of two Shepherds and a Shepherd General.

To be successful in this position you will need a sound understanding of crop and pasture utilisation along with proven experience in trading and feeding finishing lambs and cattle. A capable team of 3–5 dogs, excellent stockmanship along with strong animal health knowledge is essential.
