Stock person role - Jericho Station
Main Purpose: Perform stock operations in an effective and timely manner
Responsible to: Edward and Harriet Pinckney
Jericho Station is a 1500ha property located in Western Southland and we are seeking an experienced stock person to join our team who will have the opportunity to grow within the role.
Jericho has a combination of steep hill country and flat intensive country. We run perendale sheep, beef cattle, replacement dairy stock and graze dairy cattle in the winter.
The farm borders the Waiau river and Fiordland National Park. It is 30 minutes from Te Anau and has a great community of young people who are also farming.
Hunting, fishing and water sports are just some of the incredible activities that we enjoy on our doorstep.
Horses available to use for mustering if the successful person is able to ride.
