Mentmore Park Farms

We are now recruiting our harvest team for Harvest 2025! Mentmore Park Farms are an arable and contracting business farming 3200Ha near Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire, South East England.  We are looking to recruit hardworking and conscientious individuals to join our grain and cultivation teams for the coming harvest season from July – September. Cultivation roles involve operation of a Challenger 875C with a variety of implements. Grain roles involve a variety of work including grain and straw carting, telehandler work, topping and assisting with grain drying and cleaning. You will be using R-series John Deere Tractors with 16 & 18 Ton Richard Western trailers carting grain from our three Claas Lexion combines to our grain stores, using our weighbridge and grain lab to test and record each load.
