We are a well-established straw contracting company based in the county of Essex in England. We cover around 12,000 acres operating a large fleet of new or nearly new machinery consisting of Fendt tractors and Krone HDP2 Balers, JCB Fastracs and JCB telehandlers. 

Our ethos is to work hard and play hard! Having a good team made up of likeminded people is of paramount importance to us. We have been employing New Zealanders as harvest workers for the last five years.

WRM Agri Ltd are now recruiting for skilled operators to join our harvest crew for 2026. https://youtu.be/bI7G6oKTed8?si=TLpWsY5U2dpNb8yK We are looking for:  1x Telehandler Operator (JCB 542-100) 1x Tractor/Trailer bale carter (Fastracs & Hydraulic side flat trailers) If you are interested in either of these positions and would like to apply, please make sure you meet the following criteria: You have a minimum TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE operating large modern agricultural machinery to a high standard. You are aged 18 or older You are clean, tidy, presentable and punctual You are able to maintain modern machinery to a top standard You have the ability to work long hours under pressure You can provide TWO REFERENCES In return the successful candidates will receive the following: Between 34 and 40 NZD per hour (£15 - £17.50) depending on age and experience  Damage bonus equivalent to 2250 NZD  (£1000)...
