Pukeorapa Station Ltd is a hill country sheep and beef breeding operation across 2400ha, consisting of two properties in Nuhaka and one in Wairoa.  We are looking for a Shepherd general to join our current team of 5. This position is ideal for someone wanting to further their skills in the sheep and beef industry within a strong team environment   The successful applicant will mainly be working closely with the managers of the two farms in Nuhaka to complete a variety of tasks with a split of around 70:30 stock to general farm work.  We are looking for a someone who is highly motivated and would enjoy being part of the family owned and operated business.  For this role you will need to have a strong level of stockmanship and a team of working dogs.
