BHT farms ltd farm 500 hectares over 3 leased properties in South Wairarapa finishing 12-15000 lambs and 200 cattle. We also run a small contracting business, Wairarapa Cross Slot ltd , drilling various crops for our clients in the area. The core role for the successful applicant will involve the day to day operation of the Cross Slot drill during the season as well as assisting the owner on farm where required. The role on farm involves all aspects of farming including stock work , fencing , tractor work and general farm duties. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, is honest, reliable , uses their initiative and has a real attention to detail.  A comfortable 3 bedroom house , with school bus at the gate, is available located 10 minutes from Martinborough.
