Blackford Farming Limited operates two ,1000 cow dairy farms at the foothills of Mount Hutt.
Our dry stock support block is 15km away just on the outskirts of Methven. It is a 150ha block that accommodates 600 of our young stock year round and winters 1000 of the diary cows.
The two dairy farms have modern machinery and equipment. Recently installed halter collars for cows , Protrack in the sheds , automatic calf feeders and a wintering barns.
