Located 10 minutes out of Kurow township, Viewfield Farm is a Sheep and Beef (Merino & Romney, Angus & Charolais) breeding, finishing and cropping operation.

The Role
Working closely alongside the farm owner, this role offers plenty of variety.
Daily tasks will include:
- General animal husbandry
- Operating tractors and farm machinery
- Fencing and general farm maintenance
- A wide range of day-to-day farm duties across the operation
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in general farm work, including fencing and machinery operation 2–3 working dogs under good command
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- A solid work ethic, practical ability, and genuine passion for the farming industry
- Excellent communication and self-management skills
- Experience with record keeping (Resolution is used on farm)
- A willingness to take on a variety of tasks as required
