This family-owned sheep and beef business is based in Te Akau, Waikato. The operation has 410 hectares of rolling to steep country and runs 1000 breeding ewes and 300 hoggets. We rear 300 bull calves through the autumn and spring, trade beef cattle, and service bulls.   We are looking for a Stock Manager who is happy to work independently but when needed, work alongside other staff members during the busy times of the year.   Our district offers a rural school, playcentre, hunting opportunities, and a great community feel with many events held through the year.   Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Moving and shifting stock, including using Halter, along with general stock observation.
