Go Tekapo is looking for a practical, capable and outdoors-minded person to join our team in Lake Tekapo in a full-time tourism and operations role. Based across Mt Hay Station and Balmoral Station, the role operates across two iconic Mackenzie High Country properties covering around 20,000 hectares combined. This is not your standard tourism job. One day you could be guiding a hunting trip, the next running a farm experience with working dogs and shearing, and the following day taking guests into the high country by 4WD or leading a self-drive ATV experience. We’re looking for someone with a genuine rural background who is confident around livestock, working dogs, vehicles, firearms and the outdoors, and who enjoys delivering great experiences for guests.
