Fencing Offsider – Full Time / Short Term Opportunities

Lott Fencing is looking for a motivated Fencing Offsider to join our team. We work across a wide range of fencing projects throughout southern and central NSW, Australia.

This role is a great way to see parts of Australia while working, gain hands-on experience, and learn valuable new skills in the fencing industry. We operate with modern, well-maintained equipment to get the job done efficiently and safely.

What we offer:

• All food and accommodation provided

• $30–$40 per hour depending on experience + superannuation

• Long hours available – 60–70 hours per week on average over summer

• Opportunity for permanent employment

• Also open to applicants looking for short-term (a few months) work

About you:

• Physically fit, reliable, and willing to work long hours

• Ready to work in outdoor conditions

• Previous fencing experience is beneficial but not essential

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
