Located next to the Taieri Gorge inland Dunedin, Barewood is a 6,420 ha (5300 ha effective) breeding property with a trading component wintering 15,000 Headwater ewes, 4600 Hoggets and 200 breeding cows.
For this position you will need:
• 3-4 years experience working as a Shepherd
• Competent team of working dogs
• Excellent work ethic
• Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
• A willingness to embrace new technology
