Based at Rukuhia, in the Waikato – 10 minutes from Hamilton.
Craigmore is a diverse and progressive farming operation running 500 stud Hereford cows, prime beef, dairy grazing and cropping. The farm is worked in conjunction with our 400-cow dairy farm.
Be part of a farming operation that is always looking at new technology to help integrate farming systems for improving efficiency and growth.
Tasks for this position include;
· moving cattle and break feeding
· water maintenance
· stock; drenching, weighing and yard work
· fencing; new and repairs
· weed control
· tractor work depending on experience
· occasion relief milking will be required as part of this role on our dairy farm that is 20 minutes away in Tauwhare.

This position would suit a new graduate, who wants to get experience in a range of different farm operations and how they can be integrated or someone who has worked in the farming industry for a few years and wants to progress in their career.
This is a full-time position with some weekend work.
The successful applicant will work alongside the supportive owners who encourage growth and who will expose you to all aspects of a well-established farming business.
Remuneration will be by experience.
