Job Description
We are seeking a hard-working, motivated Casual / Semi-Permanent person, who thrives on variety and can work comfortably both independently and alongside the owner. This is a flexible role designed for someone who wants steady farm work without committing to a standard, rigid full-time week.
The schedule requires availability of 2 full days during the week, alongside one rostered weekend per month. You will need to have flexibility during our busier peak times of the year. In return, we offer genuine flexibility and are more than happy to work with you to find a routine that successfully balances our farm operations with your lifestyle.
To be successful in this role, practical experience in sheep and beef farming is necessary. We are specifically looking for someone skilled in mustering, yard work, fencing, and water reticulation systems. Having your own working dogs is essential for this position, as is having reliable transport to commute to the property each day.
Please note that this is a live-off-the-farm position. Because you will be living off-farm, we have designed a competitive hourly rate and remuneration package to directly reflect that.
