Working to a business plan and budget set by the farm owners/directors, you'll have the autonomy to lead the day-to-day livestock management while contributing to planning, embracing innovation, and helping drive the business forward.

The Role

Working to a business plan and budget set by the owners/directors, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day livestock operation, including:

  • Livestock management and animal health

  • Pasture monitoring, planning and stock performance

  • Lambing, docking, weaning and general stock work

  • Fencing, water systems and general farm maintenance

  • Using digital farm systems including Halter and Farmax

  • Contributing to farm planning and monthly reporting

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • A desire to be part of a progressive farming business

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A strong interest in technology and continual improvement

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Excellent stockmanship

  • Excellent pasture management experience

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Halter and/or Farmax is an advantage but not essential.
