Working to a business plan and budget set by the farm owners/directors, you'll have the autonomy to lead the day-to-day livestock management while contributing to planning, embracing innovation, and helping drive the business forward.

The Role
Working to a business plan and budget set by the owners/directors, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day livestock operation, including:

Livestock management and animal health

Pasture monitoring, planning and stock performance

Lambing, docking, weaning and general stock work

Fencing, water systems and general farm maintenance

Using digital farm systems including Halter and Farmax
-
Contributing to farm planning and monthly reporting
About You
You'll ideally have:

A desire to be part of a progressive farming business

Strong communication and organisational skills
-
A strong interest in technology and continual improvement

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent stockmanship
-
Excellent pasture management experience
-
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Halter and/or Farmax is an advantage but not essential.
