EXPERIENCED SHEPHERD

 A great opportunity has become available for an experienced shepherd on our 750ha sheep and beef property, located 15 minutes from Pahiatua and 40 minutes from Palmerston North.

 Working alongside our Stock Manager and the farm owners, you will be involved in all aspects of the farming operation in this varied, hands on role.

 About the role:

·         Stock work and mustering

·         General day to day farm duties

·         General farm maintenance

·         Tractor driving

 Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

·         Good stock handling and animal husbandry skills

·         3 – 4 well trained working dogs

·         Good farm maintenance skills

·         A positive attitude

·         Is honest and reliable
