General Farm Worker – Maniototo

We are growing our team and are looking for a capable and motivated General Farm Worker to join our team on our 2,400ha sheep and beef property at Kyeburn in the Maniototo.

This is a great opportunity for someone with good stock sense, practical farming experience and a strong ability to operate tractors and machinery, or for someone eager to grow, learn and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

We are a family-owned operation that values initiative, reliability, a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to livestock, machinery and land management.

What we’re looking for:

• Good stock sense and practical farming ability
• Confidence and capability with tractors and farm machinery
• A reliable, practical and hardworking attitude
• A willingness to learn and take on new skills
• Someone who can work well as part of a team but is also comfortable working independently
• Initiative and a positive approach to getting the job done
• Previous farming experience is an advantage, but enthusiasm and the right attitude are just as important
