We’re looking for a reliable and practical General Farm Worker to join our sheep, beef and cropping operation in South Canterbury. This is a varied, full-time role suited to someone with 2–3 years’ farming experience. Duties include: • Sheep and cattle work • Tractor and machinery operation • Cropping, cultivation and drilling • Irrigation operation and maintenance • Fencing, repairs and general maintenance • Feeding out and stock water maintenance The successful applicant will be confident working with stock and machinery, able to work independently, reliable and willing to get stuck in. General Farm Worker – Buscot Station We are looking for a capable and motivated General Farm Worker to join our team on our 2,300-hectare sheep and beef property at Buscot Station, just north of Omarama in North Otago. We run 8,000 Merino sheep, beef cattle and graze young dairy stock. The property is a diverse mix of irrigated and high-country land, with six pivot irrigators and a small amount of fixed-grid and K-line irrigation. This is a varied role suited to someone with good stock sense, initiative and a great attitude .
