We are excited to offer a cooks position or a cook/general combination on a 3,600 hectare sheep and beef station, 35mins east of Taihape. Cooking for up to 11 shepherds with extras at times as per the nature of farming. The potential candidate would need to enjoy cooking, utilising farm produce, cooking hearty meals within a time frame, cook within a budget, be organised and forward planning.   The role is autonomous requiring an honest and trustworthy individual who enjoys interacting with young people with a commitment to pastoral care. The general position requires the applicant to have fencing, machinery operation, yard work, and water systems experience.
