McGuiness Farms is growing — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
We currently run a 60,000 DSE mixed livestock business across multiple properties in the NSW South West Slopes region. Our target is 90,000 DSE , and we’re looking for another high-performing person to help us get there.
This is not a caretaker farming role.
We want someone young in attitude, energetic, experienced and ambitious . Someone who wants responsibility, wants to make decisions, wants to be measured on results and wants to learn how a high-performing agricultural business operates.
