Position: 50/50 Sharemilker – 560 Cows - OAD Location: Skylark Farm, Pukehina, Bay of Plenty Commencement: 1 June 2026 Initial Term: 3 years About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated 50/50 Sharemilker to operate Skylark Farm near the beach in Pukehina, The Sharemilker will take full responsibility of day-to-day dairy operations, working in partnership with the farm owner’s family and farm consultant to achieve sustainable, profitable production. This role requires proven dairy farming capability, strong financial and business management skills, and a commitment to high standards in animal welfare, staff leadership, and farm compliance. 📍 Located 15 minutes northeast of Masterton in the Bideford Valley – Te Roto Farm / Burnside We’re looking for a Summer Student or Junior Shepherd to join us over the busy season — open to either, depending on your experience and interest. Te Roto & Burnside Farm spans 1500ha effective of sheep and beef country, rolling to steep hill terrain. We run 6,000 ewes and 400 cattle.
