Appenzell Farms leases out a 840ha farm bordering Raglan harbor . The lessee runs beef and sheep. We also lease out a smaller block on the West Coast 15 minutes away which holds bulls and sheep.

Appenzell Farms likes to employ a suitable person to carry out repairs/ maintenance /pest control and upgrades to the farms infrastructure. There is no direct stock work involved but it is anticipated that we will help the lessee if needed and the other way around.

General Maintenance – Development:     Farm Position: We are seeking a skilled, proactive positive individual to maintain and improve the infrastructure on our farm in the Waikato.  This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired farmer with energy, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
