General Maintenance – Development:  

Farm Position:

We are seeking a skilled, proactive positive individual to maintain and improve the infrastructure on our farm in the Waikato. 

This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired farmer with energy, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and repairing houses and farm buildings
• Upgrading sheds and duck blinds (Maimais)
• Weed control and spraying

Maintaining and improving farm tracks and accessways

• Spreading gravel and repairing or building new fences
• Preparing areas and planting native trees
• Possum and pest control

Qualifications: 

Applicants should have experience with farm equipment operation, including excavators and bulldozers.

The work is varied, flexible, and weather dependent. This position could suit someone who enjoys seasonal travel, as work availability may be limited during winter. 

Accommodation is available if needed and there is good private access to Raglan Harbour and West Coast fishing.
