East Coast Gorse is looking for the right someone to join their team. With the work load becoming overwhelming, so needing someone with a big drive to succeed. Everything is there ready to go from staff to equipment.

There are two options:

Partner Opportunity:

This role is for someone who wants skin in the game, with a buy in opportunity  — someone who is willing to put in the hard work and is keen to share in the profits and decisions of a fast-expanding business. We’re not just offering a job; we’re offering a stake in a business with massive opportunity to get ahead.

It’s a business that’s been well set up, and has been running for 18 to 20 years. 99% of the work is repetitive yearly. Knowing your year outlook is awesome.

Operations Role (Salary or can be hourly):

Alternatively, if you’re after a solid full-time position with responsibility, structure, and purpose, we need someone who can help drive the daily running of the business with the owner. Reliability and initiative are a must. Must have a strong Sheep and Beef Farming background or in that industry. 

The applicants salary will depend on applicant ability and knowledge. Starting rate will be between 85-100k+ .

But could be talked over aswell. 

The ideal applicant must be:

• Strong-willed and reliable

• Hard-working and physically fit and is driven to succeed 

• A clear and confident communicator

• Able to think logically and problem-solve

• Someone with an agricultural background ( is a must)

• Strong capability with atv and side by sides
