🚜 Experienced Seeder & Spray Operators Required – Lakes Region WA 🌾

A progressive 4,500ha broadacre cropping operation based around Lake Grace in Western Australia’s Lakes region is seeking skilled operators to join our team for the 2026 season.

We run a modern, well-structured program focused on efficiency, controlled traffic farming and precision agriculture. These roles suit operators who are mechanically minded, reliable, and capable of working to a high standard with minimal supervision.

Positions Available

🌱 2 × Air Seeder Operators — Commencing late March
Operating a new John Deere 9R tractor, Bourgault air cart & OptiSeed Bar & Liquid Cart.

We are looking for operators who:

- Have proven seeding experience (minimum one full season).
- Are confident with modern GPS systems, John   Deere/GreenStar preferred.
- Have a basic understand CTF, VRT and precision ag principles.
- Competently complete daily machine maintenance.
- Ability to work night shift if required.

💧 1 × Boom Spray Operator
Operating new John Deere 616R See & Spray.
- Demonstrated spraying, batching & chemical handling experience essential.
- Strong attention to detail and chemical knowledge.
- Opportunity for an ongoing/full-time farmhand position for the right applicant.
