We are seeking a motivated, full-time Farm Hand to join our family-operated, 6000ha broadacre cropping farm in Maya, WA. Our business operates a modern fleet of machinery equipped with the latest cropping technology. We value a positive team culture built on open communication, flexibility and work-life balance. 

Located 290km northeast of Perth, our local town is Dalwallinu - a vibrant and well-serviced community. Dalwallinu offers a District High School, Doctor/Hospital/Pharmacy, Supermarket, Football, Hockey, Netball Club, Creative Arts and a Grower Group.

About the Role:

• Involved in all aspects of broadacre cropping (seeding, spraying, harvest)

• Operation and basic maintenance of farm machinery

• Supporting general farm maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous farming or machinery experience preferred

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• Current driver’s license (HR license required, MC license preferred)
