Due to the recent purchase of an additional property, we are looking for another person to join our team.

Armidale is a 2000ha property located in the Maniototo.  We are a family-owned operation farming Merinos and Halfbreds including Stud Stock as well as trading cattle.  While most of the work will be based at Armidale, there will be occasions that assistance will be required at the newly acquired Idaburn Hills Station, a 3500ha property also in the Maniototo.

We can offer:

·       A variety of work covering all aspects of sheep and beef farming.

We are looking for:

·       Primarily someone who’s extremely motivated, with a really good work ethic and attention to detail.

·       Ideally with a minimum of one trained heading dog and one huntaway.

·       We need someone with some previous stock experience as well as the ability to safely operate machinery.

·       Must be able to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
