Nutritional Farm, located in Dunsandel, Canterbury, is looking for an energetic, reliable and proactive Farm Worker to join our team.
If you enjoy working outdoors, being hands-on and having variety in your working week, this could be the opportunity for you!
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Full training will be provided, and there will be opportunities to learn new skills and develop within the role.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Is physically fit and able to regularly lift approximately 15–20 kg.
- Is comfortable working in all weather conditions – rain, sunshine, hot or cold.
- Is reliable and punctual, with a 7:00 am start.
- Holds a full driver license and is confident driving a manual vehicle.
- Have your own reliable vehicle.
- Will be working weekends days.
- Is hardworking, self-motivated and takes pride in doing the job properly.
- Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
- Is comfortable working around hens, feathers, dust and general farm conditions.
- Is a keen learner who is interested in developing new skills.
- Is prepared to get stuck in and help wherever needed.
MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Collecting, grading and processing eggs
- Tractor and general farm work
- Fencing and light building projects
- Cleaning and maintaining chicken sheds
- Farm cleaning and maintenance
- General repairs and maintenance around the farm
- Egg deliveries
WHAT WE OFFER

- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- $23.95 per hour
