Nutritional Farm, located in Dunsandel, Canterbury, is looking for an energetic, reliable and proactive Farm Worker to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Full training will be provided, and there will be opportunities to learn new skills and develop within the role.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:
§ Physically fit and able to regularly lift approximately 15–20 kg.
§ Comfortable working in all weather conditions – rain, sunshine, hot or cold.
§ Reliable and punctual
§ Have your own reliable vehicle.
§ Hardworking, self-motivated and takes pride in doing the job properly.
§ Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
§ A keen learner who is interested in developing new skills.
§ Prepared to get stuck in and help wherever needed.
MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
§ Grading and processing eggs
§ Delivering eggs
§ General farm duties
WHAT WE OFFER:
§ Part-time permanent position
§ 20 hours per week guaranteed
§ $23.95 per hour – pay rise after 6 months
§ Extra hours available when required
§ Full training provided
§ Opportunity to learn new skills and upskill

§ Collecting, grading and processing eggs
§ Tractor and general farm work
§ Fencing and light building projects
§ Cleaning and maintaining chicken sheds
§ Farm cleaning and maintenance
§ General repairs and maintenance around the farm
WHAT WE OFFER:
§ Full-time permanent position
§ 40 hours per week guaranteed
§ $23.95 per hour – pay rise after 6 months
§ Extra hours available when required
