I am currently seeking experience towards my Rural Animal Vet Tech degree. I have had 5 years in the dairy farming industry and so seek experience with other rural large animals.
I can currently offer 2-3 days a week for a few months in order to attain my required hours needed for my degree.
I am also happy to help out on 'big-job' days when you can use all the hands you can get, for the cheap price of a sign-off on my skills sheet & maybe a cuppa 😊

Assisted in managing a 630-cow dairy farm, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing milkings, shed hygiene, animal health, and breeding decisions. Assisted with difficult calvings and managed hoof care.
Milked 700 cows through a 50-bale rotary shed, maintained shed operations, solved somatic cell count issues, managed irrigation and calf shed, and worked with vets during the dry season.
Managed all areas of rearing 260 keeper calves, monitored health and well-being, and learned to milk in a 40 ASHB shed.
