  • Irrigation management and monitoring

  • Tractor and machinery operation

  • Cultivation, planting and harvest activities

  • Fertiliser spreading and baleage work

  • Machinery maintenance and servicing

  • Fencing and general farm maintenance

  • General farm duties as required

This role is much more than machinery operation alone and would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload, being outdoors, and contributing across all areas of a farming business.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

  • Is a positive team player and contributes to a supportive work environment

  • Can work independently and use initiative when required

  • Has strong communication skills

  • Is motivated, reliable and takes pride in their work

  • Is comfortable participating in a seasonal weekend roster during winter grazing and harvest periods

Previous farming, livestock, cropping or machinery experience would be an advantage, but applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Whether you're an experienced operator or someone looking to take the next step in your farming career, we are open to tailoring the role to suit the right person.

What We Offer

  • Competitive remuneration based on skills and experience
