The main role in this position will be operating a Massey Ferguson 8730 tractor pulling a Morris 12m air seeder to establish a 1200ha cropping program. We are a smaller family oriented operation who value our people and what they do for us. We aim to be flexible and make sure that people enjoy their time working with us. We are looking for a person to assist us in the running of our three farms.  This position is based on a 70 Ha farm in Otamarakau.  Approximately 40 min from Whakatane and 25 min from Te Puke.  The farm has been  converted into a fattening beef block from a small dairy farm. This farm is run in conjunction with a 480ha and a 250ha farm 7-15km away.  The farms calve down 650 commercial and registered Hereford cows, and sells Hereford bulls for the dairy industry.   We make all of our own supplement.
